  I am so impressed with Bliss Bakery! It’s my favourite coffee shop because the food and drinks are high quality and the service is friendly. When there was a mistake with my order, they handled it very professionally. I would highly recommend this coffee shop.

  The best Bliss!!! Unlike some of the other stores, I am always warmly greeted and my order is made to perfection. The team keeps a clean dining area and the selection of food items is always amazing. The staff are great with my indecisive son and my complicated drinks. West Kelowna is by far our favorite Bliss to visit. Keep up the great work!!!

  Rant to Bliss Bakery & Bistro in West Kelowna
  My husband has been in the hospital since January 6. I thought I would get a little something for him on Valentines to brighten his day. I bought a beautiful large heart shaped cookie at Bliss Bakery. It was decorated beautifully with little icing roses and colored lines of icing.
  
  I took it to him today in the hospital. He took one bite and the look on his face was pure disgust as he spit it into a napkin. I tasted it and it was awful. Completely dried out and it rancid tasting. I will never buy from this bakery again. I just hope it doesn’t make him sick.
  
  Thanks Bliss Bakery for making my husband’s Valentines NOT so special!

  Was greeted by friendly staff. Got help with choosing what to get. Dirty dishes were not picked up off of multiple tables the entire time we were there. It was not busy so it was bot a problem but that should be even more reason why they should have been cleaned.

  The worst thing about this place is too many fabulous yummies to choose from... if all my favorites are on the shelf, I'm gonna hold up the line trying to pick one... they've got this new pumpkin ginger something roll... I think it's seasonal... I'm sure I'll cry when that's gone. But the girls are all so sweet I'm sure they'll help me find a replacement quick enough!
