We were greated by friendly staff from the minute we arrived and all the staff acknowledged and spoke to my son not just me. Dr. Pollard explained everything very clearly and made sure we (my son included) had no questions or concerns. We feel like we are in great hands here! Very clean office, friendly knowledgeable staff, flexible payment plans if needed!

I've never waited for an appointment to start, often they are ready 5-10 minutes ahead of schedule when I arrive. Always responsive with a same day appointment when I've had issues or concerns. The administrative staff is very knowledgable and helpful with insurance claims.
